Part of that stems from her innate familiarity with Oro Valley and surrounding areas, part from her natural eye for design/finishes, and part from her passion for helping others and her community in large ways. With that as her base, Suzie quickly scaled to become the Top 1% of real estate agents in Arizona, with specializations spanning concierge service to first-time homebuyers to high-profile executive representation.

 

Notably, Suzie has closed over $400M in sales, is nearly 100% referral-based, and is renowned for leading the 1,400-acre development of the private luxury golf course Stone Canyon. More recently, Suzie extended her construction agility, generally contracting her own residential property.
